Mocamboo respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your Mocamboo account and associated data.
🗑️ How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion in the following way:
📧 Email Request
Send an email to info@mocamboo.com with the subject:
"Account Deletion Request – Mocamboo"
Please include:
- Your registered phone number or email ID
- Your username (if applicable)
⏱️ Processing Time
- Your request will be processed within 3–7 working days
- You may receive a confirmation email before deletion
📂 What Data Will Be Deleted
Once your request is processed, we will delete:
- Your account profile information
- Messages and chat history (stored on our servers)
- Contacts and associated data
- Media files (images, videos, etc.)
⚠️ What Data May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for a limited time if required for:

- Fraud prevention

This data will not be used for any other purpose.
🔒 Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- After deletion, you will not be able to recover your chats or data
- If you sign up again, it will be treated as a new account
